When our bourgeois client acquired this site, they commissioned us design a Happiness space into rear yard landscape to avoid seedy character that you can found in some buildings rear yards in NYC, we intended design a bourgeois environment in a "Dominican-York way-mode" affordable to the common person, in summer visitors will come from Broadway through the interior of sports bar to an open rear atrium acting as physical fusion of the ciborium-baldachin for a beer sanctuary "à la manière de Gianlorenzo Bernini" also as inner escape from Inwood sequel.
