In Collaboration with IAC, (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) under Jose R Helena leadership for AEC Team, we delivered a Design Build Project based on client branding marketing ideas and architectural programming for their branches, focus on inviting costumers to enjoy their financial independence and rewards in transparent spaces that will allow creating trust and financial safety, as well in harmony with the environment and community. About 15 branches was built; all branches design was developed following owner Sustainability Planning, Resilience, Mitigation Tropical Climate, and evolving the mid-century modern architecture history of Gazcue Santo Domingo. The photos shown original project and the new owner (BHD) proactively moving forward on sustainability, basically BHD completed our original design intent concepts by adding solar panels system to better energy performances, that no was originally implemented.
